Six Appeal, an aptly-named six person a cappella group represented by G. L. Berg Entertainment, Performing Artists & Speakers, won 1st Place at the Pacific Northwest Harmony Sweepstakes Competition held at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts on March 10, 2012. They will go on to represent the region at the 2012 National Champions in San Rafael, California in May. Scoring for this competition is based 50% on musicianship and 50% on showmanship.
In addition to winning the contest, they also received the following awards: Audience Favorite, Best Original Arrangement (with I Will Survive), and Best Original Song (On Your Love).? As winners, they will receive airfare and accommodations to the national finals. Many groups who have competed in regional and national Harmony Sweepstakes contests?have gone on to participate in the NBC show The Sing Off.
